Dream Interpretation & Dream Meaning, by Eckankar, is a video about dream interpretations. It tells you the three steps to understanding your dreams. Step one is to write down the dream and ask yourself how it made you feel. Did it make you feel fear or courage? Also ask yourself what people and symbols were in it and what did those symbols mean to you. The second step is after you write down your dream completely forget about it, then stop and think about what is going on in your life right now. The author says dreams have meaning about what is going on in your life right now, he states, “Dreams are here to make your life better.” In the third step you use a spiritual technique which benefits your ability to open your love and consciousness so help solve daily problems. In step three you use what is called Hughes which is love songs to God. You are supposed to close your eyes and sing the Hughes two or three times. You ask what is in your heart and what the dream is trying to tell you.
This is was the absolute most boring video I have ever watched. I am honestly not even sure I could follow what was being said until after I made myself watch it several times. In my words this is one of the biggest crocks I have ever heard. The whole video was so mono-tone and the author sounded like he was in a cult. The only reason I used this video is because it was rated so popular, but why that is, I have no idea.
