Solve Problems In Your Sleep

"Solve Problems in Your Sleep," by Catherine Guthrie, discusses about the belief that dreams can answer our greatest problems. The author says ways to turn on your dreams in rapid eye movement sleep, allowing your dreams to be therapeutic. Dreams show how to shape your solutions, and to learn new skills by osmosis. Davis Kahn, Psychiatry instructor at Harvard Medical School, believes that the human brain is capable of doing things in sleep that is unable to do things while awake. It helps aid your mind in six ways to mine your dreams for answers.
I am not sure if I agree with the whole idea of learning new skills by osmosis. But like I have said before sometimes your dream I think have hidden meanings. I do think if you have a recurring dream there is a reason for it and God may be trying to tell you something. The six steps are start on a weekend dream, sharpen your recall, stay on track, write it down, and keep skill If you do these it helps you to remember your dream more vividly and solve them more easily.
